But, it can also be really hard to figure what to eat, when to eat, and what works best for your lifestyle. This is why we offer nutrition coaching to support your endurance lifestyle. Our nutrition coaching focuses on daily eating, to ensure you are getting the nutrients you need to support your training.
Nutrition Coaching includes:
Initial consultation and assessment to review nutrition/weight loss and body composition/sports nutrition goals
Nutritional advice to support goals for performance, weight loss or maintenance, muscle development and more.
Strategies to tackle mental road blocks and plateaus
Regular food log reviews and guidance by coach (via email or phone/zoom)
Grocery list and meal ideas
Specific plans for pre, during and post workout
Race day fueling plan specific to your needs
Advice for overall health & wellness – it’s not just about the number on a scale!
Pricing:
$62.50/week, $625 for 10 week program
All plans have a 10 week minimum
