We have an experienced and qualified staff of coaches, each of whom brings key strengths to the No Limits Endurance Team.
All No Limits Endurance Coaches possess endurance sport coaching experience and current certifications in the field, from respected governing bodies, such as USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, USA Swimming, or USA Track & Field (specific certifications can be seen on each coach’s about page). Our coaches also engage iny yearly continuing education to keep their knowledge of the field at the cutting edge.
We provide mentorship for all of our coaches, ensuring that we work together as a team to give the best to our athletes. Our coaches are collaborative, working together through regular interaction and support. We are a community-based team – from our coaches to our athletes!
We have four levels of coaches to meet your needs. We believe that every athlete – from the beginner to the advanced – deserves to work with a high-quality and responsive coach that can help them accomplish their goals. The coach designations are based on years of experience and certifications as follows.
Our head coaches are our most experienced coaches, with multiple certifications and extensive experience in coaching endurance sport at all levels and across various sports. Our head coaches are responsible for supporting the life of the team, and providing mentorship to our entire coaching staff.
Master coaches are highly qualified coaches, with many years of experience. They work with all levels of athlete – from beginner to advanced – applying their years of experience and knowledge to the unique needs of the athlete. Master Coaches possess the following minimum qualifications:
Multiple certifications from 2 or more of: USA Triathlon, USA Track & Field, USA Swimming, USA Cycling, or NASM (or similar).
At least 7 years of coaching experience
Successful completion of probationary period as a No Limits Coach and our mentorship program
Associate coaches are experienced and credentialed coaches. They work with athletes at the beginner and intermediate level (as appropriate to their experience), and possess the following minimum qualifications:
A certification from a recognized organization, such as USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, or USATF certified (depending on if they coach triathlon, cycling, or running)
At least 1 year of coaching experience
Engagement in our mentorship program
