A New Jersey triathlon coach, John DiPalo is committed to community, performance, and the holistic development of his athletes. John started his athletic pursuits as a swimmer in high school. At 16 he also discovered bike racing and has been an avid cyclist ever since. After bike racing for nearly 30 years it was time for a new challenge and Triathlon was the logical choice. His cycling team thought he was crazy. After all, why run somewhere when you can just ride your bike? John was undeterred, and set his sights on triathlon, enjoying every step of the journey.

John’s training philosophy is focused on achieving your long-term goals by doing the right mix of hard and easy training, ensuring proper recovery, and making sure that there is a healthy balance between training and life. He works with athletes of all levels in triathlon and cycling. John is a Senior Level Coach with No Limits Endurance Coaching.

He is a dedicated athlete, continuing to push his edges in his own training and racing. He embraces the community of endurance sport, while encouraging all those around him to strive for their goals.

John lives in Cherry Hill, NJ with his wife Kristine, who is also a two-time Ironman finisher, and their yellow lab Stella. He has two children, a son and a daughter that make up the very competitive triathlon relay team, DDR racing.
