Sean Bradley is a South Jersey native with a lifelong background in sports — football and lacrosse through high school and into college before transitioning to endurance athletics. He found running at age 19 and made the move to triathlon two years later. He’s been obsessed ever since.
Sean is a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and a NASM certified personal trainer, and has been coaching since 2024. He believes pushing the edges of what’s physically possible is one of the most worthwhile pursuits a person can take on — and he brings that conviction to every athlete he works with.
Coming off two stress fractures, Sean took a deep dive into bone stress injuries, studying preventive approaches to reduce injury risk and support long-term health. He understands firsthand what it means to manage an injury or fight through a comeback, and he’s equipped to help athletes return as safely and quickly as possible — and build the base to stay healthy going forward. He also has resources in physical therapy and run gait analysis to support athletes who need more specialized care.
As a competitor, Sean races with an eye toward turning professional. He has built his life around the sport and brings that same all-in commitment to helping his athletes reach their goals.
