If you are a passionate advocate for endurance sport (specifically triathlon and running) and knowledgeable about the science AND art of coaching, we encourage you to apply. Coaches may live anywhere, taking advantage of a variety of digital platforms to communicate with and provide quality coaching for our clients. The position will start as part-time contract work; however, there is a strong potential for growth as your client base grows. Pay is commission-based.

No Limits handles all billing & administration (including assumption of risk for non-payment from clients)
Provision of No Limits leads, as commensurate with experience and athlete fit
Signing bonuses if you bring athletes to the No Limits team

Opportunity to coach at No Limits Training Camps (Lake Placid, NY – Triathlon; Conifer, CO – Running)
Collaborative coaching environment. You will join a team of dedicated, professional coaches.
Access to No Limits Endurance Coaching workout libraries (via TrainingPeaks) and educational training resources
Monthly coach meetings on topics related to professional development
Mentorship & collaboration via calls with head coach Maria Simone

Athlete support and retention supported by strong team community. Most of our athletes sign on for a yearly contract – and stick with us for over 2 years.
Opportunity to write and present for team newsletter and meetings (paid service)
Ability to coach triathletes and runners
A certification from a recognized NGB, such as USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, US Swimming, and the like. (We may consider alternate certifications, such as UESCA or RRCA, depending upon experience.)
Strong communication skills – oral & written a must for regular & frequent correspondence with athletes, other coaches and the team.
Minimum 1 year experience coaching. If you do not yet have 1 year coaching experience, consider our mentorship program.
Ability to create ATP and weekly training plans for a variety of different athlete skills and goals. Samples required.
Knowledge and experience using Training Peaks
Ability to create custom, periodized training & analysis based on understanding of data related to Power, HR, Pace, RPE, etc.
Knowledge of how to create race plans
Understanding of fueling & hydration for endurance sport (various distances)
The following qualifications are a notable plus (but are not required):
Ability to conduct form analysis for run, swim and bike (in-person and/or video)
Experience using WKO5 for data analysis
Advanced level certifications, for example, USA Triathlon Level 2, or Level 1 coaches with multiple areas of focus.
Ability to coach single sport athletes for swimming and cycling
